Why The Way You Do Business Isn’t Working|
After reading this, you may not like me anymore. That’s okay because I don’t want you to like me for telling you what you want to hear. Instead, I want you to LOVE me for helping you take your business to new levels of success by telling you the truth. Just know that when I tell you the truth it comes from a place of genuine concern for you and your business.
I’ve had the opportunity to work with some amazing businesses. The exposure I’ve gained will stick with me forever. The best part of the exposure is to witness firsthand what separate the success and the failure. The reason the way you’re doing business isn’t working is because your business is disorganized, lacks vision, and this last one is really going to make you dislike me. The last reason the way you do business isn’t working is because you think you know it all.
Ouch! Did I just say all of that?
Because your business is disorganized, it’s affecting the way you operate. Basically, you’re all over the place. Your lack of order, steps and processes is running you ragged. Your inability to embrace technology and use it to up-level is working against the business grain.
An old proverb states, “where there is no vision, the people perish.” Yep, was true in the bible days and still holds truth in business. Because you only see your business in the right now, you can’t take it to new levels of success. Your one-dimensional thinking is business suicide.
Since you know it all and you’re such the lone ranger you’re causing harm to your business. If you look at anyone of success, you will see a ton of other people who got them there. Jordan didn’t become the best in basketball history by himself. I think he had a coach…trainer? I’m sure Denzel Washington had an acting coach as well. If I’m not mistaken President Obama had the best campaign team known to man and look where it got him. The highest office in US government.
